Key strategic bodies

Enhanced service evaluation (ESE) project groups

Thurrock Council Supporting People carry out needs assessments on each client group that they support. The process is enhanced service evaluations (ESEs). For more information please go to our Strategies page.

Compliments and complaints

The Supporting People programme makes sure that support providers deliver all service users with a good quality service.

Support means the tasks that your key worker, support worker or warden helps you with. This help may include,

A complaint is not a general enquiry or question about your service. If you have any questions, you should speak to your support worker.

Who should I complain to?

Your support provider should have a complaints procedure that you can follow. But if you don't feel comfortable making a complaint to them, you can complain to Thurrock Council Supporting People. The leaflets below give you further information on how to make a complaint.
