Council Tenants

We provide the landlord managing role for the Council's own housing stock through Local Offices and the central Rents Office. This includes tenancy management, rents, repairs reporting and empty property management. Local Offices also provide access to other services for the public.

Gas Safety Checks

As a landlord, Thurrock Council must arrange a safety check for all the gas appliances and flues in the homes of our tenants - excluding gas appliances that tenants own.
