Thurrock Council is required to carry out a survey of tenants every two years. We have commissioned a market research company called BMG to send out a questionnaire to a sample of tenants in the next few weeks. This survey is an important way for the Council to measure how satisfied tenants are with the services they receive and to identify ways to improve them.
We would encourage any tenant receiving such a questionnaire to fill it in and return it to BMG. There is a prize draw to thank tenants for returning questionnaires for four lucky tenants of £50 Lakeside/Morrisons/ASDA vouchers.
The Council will be transferring data about tenants/names and addresses to BMG, using a secure email encryption method, in the next week or two, so that they can create the random sample size for the sample survey and send out the detailed questionnaires. The purpose for collecting your personal details on this questionnaire is to allow the Council to understand better what its tenants need and want so that we can improve services accordingly.
Once the form has been completed, BMG will store the details securely and confidentially on a secure system. Access to the information you provide will be on a strictly need to know basis and the information will be retained for two years before being securely disposed of / deleted from BMG systems.
