Knock! Knock!Housing Services is carrying out a Tenancy Audit in your area. The purpose is to ensure that the legal tenant is living in the property assigned to them and that sub-letting, fraud or other illegal activity is not taking place. To successfully carry out the audit we are asking for your help and co-operation. The audit will ensure that:
We need to see you in your home and in your presence, complete a short questionnaire. When visiting we will need to see one of the following documents to prove your identity:
And additionally, proof that you live in the property, for example a recent Bank Statement or Utility Bill. Remember, we will be calling on you and that our officers will be carrying identification. Always ask to see this and never let anyone in who can't prove who they are.
