Council Owned Assets
Please can you provide a list of the assets that your council has sold off, or has listed for sale, or is planning to sell, to cover day-to-day spending since the Government provided you with in-principle capitalisation support in February?
In each case, when an asset has been sold, please state what the asset is, when it was sold and how much it was sold for. If it has not yet been sold, please give an estimate of its value.
The assets have not been sold to cover day to day spending, they have been sold to provide capital receipts towards the debt reduction under the Improvement and Recovery Plan.
