Council Tax Breakdown
I am aware of the Council tax breakdown falling under the following:
Thurrock Council
Adult Social Care
Essex Fire Authority
Police & C C For Essex
Under the freedom of information act, I would like to request the following:
Can you please provide a full breakdown of cost/percentage allocated to each service within Thurrock Council for Band D on an annual basis.
For example:
What percentage of the overall annual figure is allocated to each service area (Waste & Recycling, Housing, Highways, Child Services) etc.
Please see below the link to the published budget report which was agreed at February full council. Council tax is just one of the funding streams and isn’t linked to specific services but supports the overall delivery of services for the council. We do not hold the information in terms of spend by council tax band.
