3. Name of service provider for any Mercedes-Benz Vehicles you have purchased, hired or leased.

4. (If owned) year purchased and when are you looking to renew your fleet of Mercedes-Benz models?

Response:

We do not have any Mercedes Benz all terrain or trucks. We do have some welfare buses that info can be provided if requested.

Welfare buses purchased through ESPO framework, awarded to Treka bus.

For buses they are owned, purchased in 2019 and 2023 , replacements 2026 and 2030.  Please note we only have 4

We are unable to provide the contact details for any staff members below the directorate level under S40. However, we are able provide the email address of the team who is responsible for the above: Fleet@thurrock.gov.uk

Unfortunately we are unable to provide in full the information you have requested.  We do hold the information but an absolute exemption applies.  Personal Information (Section 40,2) 

Personal data of any other person (third party data) is exempt under section 40(2) if disclosure would breach one of the data protection principles. This aspect of Section 40 is an Absolute Exemption and is therefore not subject to the Public Interest Test.
