Freedom of information response

Please give full details of the costs incurred with regards to pot hole repairs to the road between numbers 1 to 21 or numbers 2 to 20 Gordon Road, Corringham, Essex, SS17 7RG over the past 4 years. 

Also, please provide full details as to the number of separate visits by the council or it's contractors in order to effect repairs to the road at the same location.
