Request:
Whether the council has considered submitting a section 114 since 2021 and whether the council thinks it will submit one in the next three years (until financial year finishing 2027).
Response:
The Council issued a S114 notice for the financial years 2022/23 and 2023/24. The Council has a published Medium Term Financial Strategy (up to 2028/29) to move towards financial sustainability.
The request “whether the council thinks it will submit one in the next three years” is not a request for information held by the Council within the meaning of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
