Disabled Badge Holders Parking Bay (Revocation)

Davis Road, Chafford Hundred

1) Notice is hereby given that Thurrock Borough Council, in exercise of the powers under sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act of 1984") and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, intends to make the above named Order ("the Proposed Order").

2) The general effect of the Order would be to revoke a Disabled Badge Holders Parking Bay at the following location:

i. Davis Road, Chafford Hundred, outside number 5

3) A copy of the Proposed Order together with the plans can be viewed on Thurrock Council's website at thurrock.gov.uk/publicnotices. Alternatively the proposals can be viewed by appointment during normal office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm) by emailing the Transport Delivery team at troconsultations@thurrock.gov.uk – those who are unable to use email can phone 01375 652 652.

4) Any objection to the proposed order must be made in writing, giving the grounds on which it is made and sent to the following address Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL or sent via email to troconsultations@thurrock.gov.uk to arrive on or before 5 September 2024. Any objection may be communicated to other persons who may be affected.
