Public notice

1) The Borough Council of Thurrock gives notice that under Section 90 of the Highways Act 1980 and all other enabling powers, is considering a proposal to install a raised table on St Chads Road, Tilbury in the position specified below:

1. The raised table will be located on St Chads Road, from a point approximately 7m north of Chadfields northern kerb line in a northern direction for a distance of 10m. 

2) The raised table would cover the full width of the road from kerb to kerb and have a maximum height of 75 millimetres.

3) Copies of the plans detailing the proposals can be viewed on Thurrock Council’s website at thurrock.gov.uk/publicnotices.Alternatively the proposals can be viewed by appointment during normal office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm) by contacting the Transport Delivery Team via TransportDelivery@thurrock.gov.uk. 4) Any person wishing to comment on the proposals should do so in writing to the address above or by e-mail to TransportDelivery@thurrock.gov.uk by no later than 04 April 2025.
