Environmental information charges
We make reasonable charges for providing information available under Environmental Information Regulations.
In general, a reasonable charge is one that covers the actual costs we incur in producing the information – for example, the costs of printing, copying and postage.
We will only charge for staff time when work is needed to find and prepare the information before we can provide it.
Staff time will be charged at £25 per hour.
