Theft from roads and pavements

Occasionally paving blocks, signs, manhole covers or other items are stolen from the highway.

Theft of these items is illegal and can cause a hazard.

Replacing stolen items is an unnecessary drain on the limited resources allocated for maintenance of our roads and pavements.
