From time to time as a carer you need someone friendly to be with the person you care for while you take time for yourself.
Friendship at Home
Our 'Friendship at Home' service allows you to take time out, with peace of mind that the person you care for is in safe hands.
Our trained staff will stay with the person you care for while you:
- go out and have a break
- get on with something at home
They will provide friendship for the person needing care. They can also:
- help them with activities at home
- take them for a short trip outdoors – for example, to the shops or library
- set-up a connection using your home internet to join-in activities at our Friendship Club

Main opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
Limited service on Monday to Friday from 7am to 9am and 5pm to 7pm, and on weekends and bank holidays from 7am to 7pm.
